For early products, a reliable pipeline is more important than a fancy one. Start with lint, typecheck, test, then automated deployment to staging.
Separate secrets clearly and never store credentials in the repo. Review runner permissions to avoid making them too broad.
Add production deployment only after staging is proven. Manual gates for critical releases are often safer in the early phase.
